feat(sdk): silently switch session organization

Summary

• default SDK organization switching to the session organization endpoint with a forced token refresh
• keep authorize and hosted switch modes available as explicit fallbacks
• update org-switching spec and SDK tests for silent switching behavior

• npm run tidy
• npm run build

Notes

• Build emits existing Browserslist freshness and Vite chunk-size warnings.
