Break apart into 2 packages for stricter boundaries:
proof-vc-common: browser only, crafts OAuth 2 Authorization Requests, doesn't support PAR nor Transaction Data.proof-vc-server: node, crafts OAuth 2 Authorization Requests, verifies VP Token, verifies Credential, supports PAR and Transaction Data.
