libnostr-z v0.3.6 was re-released (privkeyio/libnostr-z#135) to fix a regression where receive() ran on a client copy and re-served the buffered handshake frame in a loop. The re-release changes the v0.3.6 tarball hash, so this updates noz's pin to match (URL unchanged, hash updated).
Without this, noz's build fails with a hash mismatch against the current v0.3.6.
zig build passes against the re-released v0.3.6.
