This submission standardizes the repository's file and directory naming conventions to follow a consistent PascalCase pattern. It also significantly enhances the documentation by adding detailed time complexity analysis for all 50 implemented algorithms and data structures using LaTeX notation. The root README.md has been overhauled with a clear Table of Contents (fixing broken anchor links), an updated project structure tree, and a categorization of easy, medium, and hard problems. Subdirectory READMEs have also been updated to maintain consistency and reflect the structural changes.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4878658064463181772 started by @ppant

- Rename directories to PascalCase: `deque/` to `Deque/`, `Error-debug/` to `ErrorHandling/`.
- Rename snake_case Python scripts in `Arrays/` and `Trees/` to PascalCase.
- Update root and subdirectory READMEs with comprehensive Big O complexity analysis using LaTeX.
- Fix Table of Contents anchor links in the root README to support GitHub-style emoji slugging.
- Ensure all 50 Python scripts are correctly indexed and linked.
- Verify functional integrity of all non-interactive scripts.
