This PR adds support for metadata import, export, and validation workflows for SDTM and ADaM clinical data standards. The main focus is on exposing new metadata-related APIs, implementing ADaM validation logic, and providing utilities for converting metadata to and from standard formats (such as Frictionless Table Schema).
