Summary
The dashboard now surfaces sandbox volumes through a Sandbox file storage card under Add-ons, with an Overview of the shared EFS disk and a Volumes tab for browsing, filtering, and deleting volumes. Mounting that disk into an app service also shows a confirmation dialog reinforcing that volume contents are untrusted input. This PR adds a short "Manage volumes from the dashboard" section to the Sandboxes overview so users know where to find these views, and notes that
