Transfer Team Ownership

• An owner can now select the 'owner' option for other members within the 'Team role' dropdown.
• When the 'owner' role is selected for another member, a confirmation modal will appear to prevent accidental transfers.
• Once confirmed, it will request that the selected member be changed to 'owner' and the current user to 'editor' using the grantRevoke API.
