error "unsupported pickle protocol: 5" when I "import brightway2 as bw"

Dear all,

I am getting this error "unsupported pickle protocol: 5" when I "import brightway2 as bw"
I have changed to a new laptop, so I reinstall all, I am using python version 3.6, as the documentation shows.
I tried already to update bw2data with conda

As well, I installed spyder 4.2.1 (I am not able to install older version) and I can not run from the BW2 environment that I had created, I got this warning: "No module 'PyQt5.QtWebKitWidgets'"

Honestly, I do not know I to solve this..
Could someone give a suggestion please?
