Bump phoxal 0.4.0 -> 0.5.0. rerun-proxy subscriptions moved to fluent typed
topics (frame/joint/odometry/drive/presence + component(id).<kind>(cap) with
ANY wildcards for camera/depth profiles); Stamped<T> -> Received<T>{at_ns,value}
(at_ns drives Rerun time); asset fetch via bus.request. No subscriber_builder /
path() / TypedSchema.
Known gap: the v0.5.0 topic tree lacks fluent leaves for microphone/speaker
capabilities, so those visualization paths were removed pending the leaves being
added to the framework tree (follow-up: phoxal v0.5.x).
Verified: cargo check/build/test green (17 tests).
