Summary

• Promote the verified 0.2.5 dependency maintenance and security update to main.
• Keep the stable changelog title as 0.2.5 for main.
• Preserve develop semantics separately: develop changelog uses 0.2.5-beta.1.
• Add AGENTS.md to .gitignore so the local project memory file is never uploaded.

Validation

• develop beta pipeline passed for v0.2.5-beta.1.
• CodeQL passed on develop.
• Local frontend build passed.
• Local Python tests passed: 47 passed, 1 skipped.
• Electron installation verified: v43.2.0.

Notes

• The previous develop -> main PR was closed because it would have carried the beta changelog title into main.
