Needs #2467 to fix failure in GitLab. |
There was already a devel/Containerfile but I don't think it was being used for anything. It was meant as a development container for bootc-image-builder. The Containerfile that was in the root was used to run tests in an environment similar to GitHub actions. The corresponding Makefile variable has been updated.
This is the main Containerfile now which we will use to create the official upstream image. Also updates the base to Fedora 44 (from 43).
Enable the container build workflow. Also build the container as image-builder (without the cli suffix).

Enable the container build workflows and rename the container to image-builder (from image-builder-cli).
Includes some Containerfile shuffling.
