Pins release 1.4.0 covering #126-#135: bro persona (pressure-tested generalist), reflect 8-lens roster + panel mode + feature review, persona auto-trigger framework (manifest-compiled bootstrap), token economy (lite) register, codemode context iron laws, coherence fixes.
Verification: bun test 87 pass / 0 fail; tsc clean; compile:context green; package.json runtime version read = 1.4.0.
Post-merge: tag v1.4.0 + GitHub release (same distribution as v1.3.2 - marketplace installs from github:orkait/hyperstack).
