Reads the leader key directly from OpenCode's keybinds config instead of requiring a separate plugin option. Removes the
leaderoption from vimcode's config surface.Also fixes the leader key firing in question/permission prompt overlays, where vimcode previously returned early without consuming the event, letting
dispatchLayers()match it as a leader token.
