The host's JSX runtime doesn't resolve from git-installed plugins. Keeps the (insert) mode type fix and modeIndicator option (toast/none).

The SolidJS slot approach doesn't work from git-installed plugins.
@opentui/solid/jsx-dev-runtimecan't be resolved from the package cache, regardless of whether the runtime packages are declared as peer deps or not.Reverts to toast-only mode indication. Keeps the good parts:
(insert)mode type for one-shot normal, and themodeIndicatoroption ("toast"/"none").
