The error
error: no matching function for call to ‘StreamIndentor::StreamIndentor(outputStream*&)’
is because "8361712: Improve ShenandoahAsserts printing" is not in 25u-dev.
So we miss the change that brought the default argument for the second parameter of
StreamIndentor(outputStream* os, int indentation = 2) :
