Summary

  • remove the legacy Iris eval and federated OpenCode entrypoints
  • remove their dead Iris pre-cache helper and dedicated tests
  • point OT-Agent operational docs to Marin experiments/agentic_evals

Dependency gate

Do not merge before Marin #7246 lands. That draft is the standalone replacement and itself requires Marin #7553 first because its external-serving flow uses marin-serve --idle-timeout-hours.

Validation

  • focused Iris/eval tests: 58 passed
  • tests/iris tests/hpc: 253 passed
  • full suite after the separately proposed timestamp-collision fix: 436 passed, 2 skipped

The timestamp-collision repair is intentionally isolated in #52; without it, the unchanged full suite has one known flaky legacy-ID test failure.

Dependency gate confirmed: do not merge until Marin #7553, then Marin #7246, have landed. This PR removes the legacy implementations only after their upstream replacement is available.
