Makes CI reproducible with the Iris, S3, and plotting dependencies the test suite imports. Uses
uv sync --group devagainst the committed lockfile and allowsscripts.iris.iris_opsto use the installed Iris package when a local Marin checkout is absent. Also applies the repository’s configured Ruff formatter to pre-existing test drift.
