Solution Description

1. Remove OLAP/HTAP scenario presets and product documentation.
2. Remove OLAP async job grammar, resolver, executor and scheduler integration.
3. Remove AP license checks and XSOLAPI-specific controls.
4. Clean AP assumptions from PX, Auto-DOP, Heap Table and vectorized execution.
5. Retain shared PX, PQ Hint, MV/MLog, External Table, Heap Table and vectorized capabilities.
