Prepared the state of comment resolution for group E

This change-set resolves the feedback from group E for the aspect "Completeness and Missing Content".

Included resolutions:

• Added html comment acknowledging lack of real examples (prepares # 122) (Id. 122)
• Reworded section title and content and added html comment sketching goal and process (prepare # 157) (Id. 157)
• Reworded content and added html comments sketching goal and process (prepare # 172) (Id. 172)
• Added first statement and html comment sketching goal and process (prepare # 173) (Id. 173)
• Removed placeholder entries in Annex B (implements # 175) (Id. 175)

To be discussed:

1. the incoming merge requests of change sets are the proposed place for discussion (if needed)
2. this collector change set mainly receives the agreed resolutions of the individual feedback identities
3. In case the TC does not follow the suggetsed resolution of completed (and one enqueued) the comment resolution table has to be amended accordingly before merge into the main branch.
