How to report geocoder issues

You have an issue with the BeSt@Geocoder? Cool!

Before you create a ticket:

• please have a look at the current issues and make sure no one has encountered the same problem before.
• If the issue you are having has already been reported, but not solved, please join the discussion and mention in the comments that you are experiencing the same, or a related issue.

If you are the first person with a certain issue, please make sure you meet these requirements:

• If you have a general question, please try to explain what you are trying to achieve and what isn't working.
• If you have an issue with a certain query for your application, please provide the exact query in your application.
• If you are not posting the issue at the same time your problem occurs, please also mention the date and time you submitted the query to the server.
• If you think the server is down, and that this is not a planned outage, please contact me (@Josse Van Delm) directly on slack. Please do not create github issues for these kind of problems.

For every geocoder-related-issue, please:

• assign @JosseVanDelm
• use the label geocoder
• mention your oSoc19 group name
