This is an update to Conpair that refactors some of the underlying methods to make it easier to work with and also enables some parallel batch processing for lots of tumor - normal comparisons
Includes some helper scripts to enable parallel batch processing of multiple tumor normal pairs along with an example nextflow workflow to run it on the HPC
