This project consists in labs, 'hands-on' small projects for teaching and training on electrophysiology and biomedical engineering linked with the NRV-framework.
In-silico modeling is a great tool for rapid experimentation and play with highly multidisciplinary notions, and can help scientific discussions and emulation. We hope to provide to the community ready-to-play material for educational purposes.
Here is a list of available labs and associated concepts: - Lab 1: introduction to Hodgkin-Huxley conductance based-models and cable theory. - Lab 2: exploration of different fiber models for in-silico modeling of peripheral nerves. - Lab 3: hands-on electrical stimulation of peripheral nerves. - Lab 4: Extracellular action potential and compound electrical potentials.
