Parallels Desktop has a long-standing bug in their Windows virtual machines that trips up GLFW 3.3.9. GLFW 3.3.10 has a workaround for it, so I updated the submodule to use that version.

I've never worked with submodules in git before, so my approach probably should be double-checked? And I don't know that 3.3.10 is the "best" version to use or anything like that, it's just the next version and it worked for me.

I built polyscope-test on both MacOS (Tahoe 26.3.1, native Mac) and Windows 11 Home (Version 25H2, ARM64, running on a Parallels VM). Both passed for openGL3_glfw and openGL_mock.

Thanks for polyscope, I have found it extremely handy for years now.
