Hi Nicholas,
the main addition of this PR is that the user can now choose, whether to use Catch2 as the unit test framework or not.
This opens up the way to offer more choices regarding the unit test framework, eg google-test, boost, etc.
The other addition concerns the available licenses. The user has now the additional options of the apacheV2 license or not making it open source at all.
