• fastp complexity filter param now correctly described in nextflow_schema.json
• fastp polyg filtering now able to be disabled (2 colour chemistry datasets are always run getting poly-g trimming by default, at lenght of 10; now clear in the param descriptions and options) --preprocessing_fastp_disable_polygfilter
• option for adjusting polyg length --preprocessing_fastp_polygfilter_minlength
• fastp polyx filtering now available on all datasets by setting --preprocessing_fastp_polyxfilter_minlength above 0
