… codex The worktree convention said `codex/<short-task-name>`, so agents that aren't Codex (e.g. Claude Code) created `codex/...` branches. Prefix with the agent's short name (`claude`/`codex`) so the branch names who made it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <[email protected]>

Agents that aren't Codex were creating
codex/-prefixed branches because the worktree convention hardcodedcodex/<short-task-name>. This names the prefix after the agent doing the work (claude/codex). Doc-only; mirrors the same change made to the global~/.claude/CLAUDE.md+~/AGENTS.md.
