Add hybrid IMDb/ratingKey support for Fusion and other 3rd party client compatibility

These changes fix an issue with the current upstream version which breaks stream population when no IMDb ID is present/exists for a movie or episode. This fix should make it so that it will prioritize IMDb IDs when present but falls back to custom Plex ratingKey IDs when no IMDb ID is present. This way streams from niche and personal content will still be able to load streams in apps like Fusion and Omni.

Seconding this! I noticed this issue with many movies I had added to my Plex library - When I go to watch via Fusion, for most movies, even though I had the movie in my plex library, it wouldn't populate in Fusion as an available source as if there was a mismatch between Plexio and Plex. I assured that items were matched correctly in Plex with the correct metadata.

I assume this is part of the necessary fix to that issue. If that were fixed and most movies weren't missing as plexio sources, I would use this full time.
