Summary
Replace the standalone Renovate config with the shared preset narutiga/renovate-config.
Behavior changes vs the old config: weekly (early Monday) schedule with all non-major updates grouped into one PR, npm packages wait 3 days before updating, monthly lock file maintenance. Automerge policy stays effectively the same (minor/patch only, no 0.x).
