• Fetaures:
  • Metis - Adds the concept of separate storage lockers -- distinct 'storage' paths where data_blocks can be housed -- to prepare for upcoming FAC move. Details: Adds the notion of a single 'active' storage, adds 'storage' column to the 'data_block' db table, adds configurability of storages via the config.yml/configMap, and adjusts internals to utilize.
  • Polyphemus - Improves run Logs for metis-linker jobs: Adds more files found info, adds a debug option for increasing the verbosity-level, and tweaks the log-line around the 'commit' parameter to make it more obvious when a job was run in "dry run" mode.
  • Polyphemus - Adds in-place documents for run-pane parameters by exposing their 'description' as a ToolTip.
  • Magma / Gnomon / Janus / etc. - Relaxes some restrictions on project record naming to not block regular use-cases. Establishes the gnomon PROJECT token as the single source of truth for both the project record id and janus project long name (and makes use of this when set, but does not fully block editing the project record's name in other ways)
• BugFixes:
  • Polyphemus, metis-loaders: Allow an empty string for folder_path in script configurations, which enables searching the entire bucket for files matching the given file_match glob.
  • Polyphemus, metis-loaders: Sets a valid default for the run-config 'updates_only' parameter, instead of invalid 'nil', that blocked immediate saving of the default paramterization (Also adds explicit 'false' default for the 'commit' parameter)
  • Vulcan, minor - Allow workflow vignettes with odd characters to be sent by get_workspace without error (The characters are replaced with [unknownchar]. Case: some earlier commits of scViz include a directional ".)

• code changes to magmaR that were sent to CRAN ages ago
