docs: add README badges matching org convention#10

Add the org-standard 11-badge header (PyPI, pyversions, downloads, coverage, CI, license, stars, Context7, uv, ruff, ty). Defer the brand lockup: compose2pod has no glyph in the .github brand MANIFEST yet (tracked in planning/deferred.md).

Adds the org-standard badge header to the README, matching sibling repos (db-retry, eof-fixer, semvertag, httpware): PyPI version, supported Python versions, downloads, coverage, CI, license, stars, Context7, uv, ruff, ty. All badges resolve today with no new assets.
Brand lockup deferred: compose2pod has no glyph in the
.githubbrand/build/projects.pyMANIFEST yet, so the<picture>lockup would 404. Recorded inplanning/deferred.mdwith a revisit trigger (org-owner sign-off on a compose2pod glyph). The# compose2podH1 is kept until the lockup lands.
