This adds a first version of the module.
Using ENTSO-E national historical load timeseries and population data, the module disaggregates the annual loads to raster resolution, using population as a proxy. In a second step, this raster dataset can be aggregated to custom shapes and assigned a timeseries, based on which country a custom shape belongs to. This has to be indicated as a column "country_id".
To test the module, download the zip file (https://surfdrive.surf.nl/s/NZDE4C2NKXj3EQG), unzip it and put it into a directory tests/files/. Then,
cd tests/integration, and run eithersnakemake example_nldorsnakemake example_europefor a small or large example.
