Implement dark mode for labelme via config toggle or --dark-mode CLI flag. Includes dark palette and comprehensive stylesheet for all Qt widgets. Updates all SVG icons to white for visibility in dark theme.

This PR adds dark mode support to labelme. It adds a dark mode toggle in config, dark palette, and comprehensive stylesheet for all Qt widgets.
