winget validate --manifest <path>?winget install --manifest <path>?Version bump of #403545 (2026.7.6 → 2026.7.7, still pending) to the just-published release. Authored on Linux; local winget checks not run, relying on pipeline validation. Same zip + nested portable layout, updated URL and sha256.
