LimpIDa: SPID Redesign — Password recovery workflow
LimpIDa is a comprehensive redesign of the existing LepidaID password recovery workflow. The original tool presented severe physical and cognitive barriers for elderly and vulnerable citizens, heavily relying on technical jargon, microscopic typography, and high-friction authentication mechanics. This project aims to transform the gateway into a highly accessible, error-tolerant, and conversational interface. By implementing systemic typography scaling, monochromatic high-contrast containers, and OS-level SMS auto-fill, the LimpIDa redesign eliminates critical task failures.

The project was structured across a rapid 3-week timeline, divided into four core methodological phases as outlined in the Gantt diagram:
- Phase A: The initial days focused on assessing the existing LepidaID tool, segmenting the user base, and establishing the foundational market research and preliminary testing. This phase culminated in a comprehensive set of design recommendations targeting critical issues.
- Phase B: We defined our primary personas and mapped their specific use cases to inform our empathetic design approach.
- Phase C: We architected the new information flow and blueprint, translating them into initial wireframes (v0). Through rapid cycles of heuristic inspection and formative testing, we evolved the prototype through versions v1, v2, v3, and v4, culminating in the final prototype deployment.
- Phase D: The final week was dedicated to summative testing sessions using "Wizard of Oz" methodologies, compiling documentation reports, and finalizing the project conclusions.
