Welcome to the DMS wiki!

This set of pages will serve as a reference for all that concerns data management practices addressed by scripts, programs, templates in DMS repo.

Among others, an important goal for us was the possibility to automatically trigger the analysis pipeline for minority variants and save the results together with the raw data. In order to achieve this, a specific workflow had to be developed. This wiki contains

  • a description of the general concept,
  • for each node in the graph below (MiSeq 1 and MiSeq 2 are described together, as the nodes in the blue ellipse) a page reporting its purpose and operations,
  • a page of FAQ.

IMV is tenant of nodes with name in black, while those whose name is in orange are not maintained by us.
