- Decisions before code. I'd rather argue about the right problem for a day than code the wrong one for a week.
- Speed with intent. Move fast, but know why you're moving — and what you'd kill if it doesn't work.
- AI as leverage, not theater. I use it daily, build systems around it, and have a sharp opinion on what's noise.
- Founder lens. I've paid the cost of bad calls in real money. Every recommendation comes from that.
- Honest defaults. No buzzword salad. If something's a guess, I'll say so. If it's a conviction, I'll defend it.
