Replace deprecated model references with current versions:
Replaced llama with minimax since it's a superior open model and llama is kind of dead.
Also, removed the max_tokens parameter since they're all reasoning models and we might be better off letting the sdk defaults handle that. Up to the one reviewing to add it back if as they see fit.
