No-Issue: remove the blocking Gemini session-handshake/ACK from GEMINI.md -- it halts Antigravity CLI (agy) on auto-load. Operator-confirmed by direct test that agy prompts the ACK in repos that still carry it. Fleet consistency cleanup.
