…ader, paste Tools Operator hit the live CWS form and discovered PRODUCTIVITY is the uppercase group header, not a selectable value. Selectable options under it: Communication, Developer Tools, Education, Tools, Workflow & Planning. Pasting `Productivity` from v6 would fail the form. Pick Tools — single-purpose utility framing. Rationale list added to §7d so future maintainers see why Tools was chosen over Developer Tools (too narrow), Workflow & Planning (implies process management), Communication (Clio doesn't enable communication), or Education (not a teaching tool).
