Belt-and-suspenders: auto-enables via entry point but explicit config survives any future entry-point reshuffling. Config is loaded directly via --config= in SetupPrivateJupyterLab.sh after JUPYTER_CONFIG_DIR is unset, so this is the only reliable injection point. Assisted-by: Claude (Anthropic)
