Projects

Final project submission for the course on Scientific Computing. Prof. Philipp Eisenhauer, Bonn University.

I showed application of numerical methods for parameter estimation in an HIV spread model.
Implementation of gradient descent, numerical integration, and Newton-Raphson method to estimate transmission probability and seroconversion.
