- api/server.ts: remove phantom import, registerTool + zod validation, real dc_reference_lookup, structured error handling (CRITICAL-4a/4b, MAJOR-10)
- gpu-cooling: correct coolant GPM formula, was ~3.5x overstated (CRITICAL-3)
- ups-sizing + power: suppress right-sizing advice on 2N/2N+1 (MAJOR-2)
- add golden test suites, CI workflow, tsconfig.ci.json (typechecks api/)
- CODE-AUDIT.md: full findings and fix status
