…n_ua: load changed noupdate data Force-load the noupdate framework records that changed in 19.0 via post-migration openupgrade.load_data (mail templates, gamification challenge data, payment.method capture flag, account.account.tag translation). All validated against the Odoo 19 source.

openupgrade.load_data, validated against the Odoo 19 source: sale_gelato (mail.template body), payment_demo (payment.method capture flag), crm_iap_mine (mail.template field), gamification_sale_crm (gamification.challenge data), l10n_ua (account.account.tag translation).
