Em um teste que fiz, quando selecionei um município os dados vieram, mas apareceu a mensagem de erro no site. Tem que consertar isso.

Criação de funções assíncronas para gerenciar a requisição de municípios e assim evitar o erro de tentar utilizar dados que ainda não tiveram respostas do servidor
Comentei uma nova linha no alerta de erro
Primeiro teste usando Observable, afim de corrigir o erro de selecionar um ID que não existe
Desfazendo erro no link do metodo teste
If/Else para possivel solução do erro ao selecionar algo que supostamente é *undefined*.
