Get target player's identifiers, such as HWID, storage ID, IP, sound devices etc... then join all of them and using a tokenizer system convert those identifiers into 3 sets of tokens. (configurable, 2 by default) if 2 of those tokens match the ones in the DB, then the player will still be stopped from joining the server and the rest of their new, changed identifiers will be saved and updated in DB too. This would make the ban system stronger than the TXAdmin bansystem, making it actually worth using this panel over txadmin.
