Update cosign from v2.6.2 to v3.0.5 This pr was created manually, based on konflux-ci#107 There are 2 reasons for creation of this pr manually: - The renovate update for cosign is broken, it did not actually update cosign to v3 - there is a problem with setuptools_scm version mismatch in that update PR
