Bilel Khlaifia

Geospatial AI engineer building machine learning systems for Earth observation, environmental intelligence, and autonomous systems.

I am the founder of NeuralQ, based in Cape Town and originally from Tunisia. I work primarily with Python, PyTorch, geospatial data, computer vision, and cloud-native ML infrastructure.
