Ordo is the working repository for the Agentic Business Appliance: a local-first, LLM-agnostic system that helps solopreneurs qualify customers, create reviewable business artifacts, coordinate human judgment, and run recoverable AI-assisted workflows.
The model is not the product. Ordo is the harness around interchangeable models: identity, policy, deterministic tools, artifacts, workflow, review, memory, value accounting, audit, and recovery.
The product doctrine, UX model, architecture, runtime specifications, Consulting Starter Pack, and autonomous development process are documented. The Elixir/Phoenix runtime has not started. The next decision is the canonical runtime location and application name.
