Implement the C-170 Learning Hub to enable a learn-to-earn system, rewarding users with MIC for educational progress, backed by integrity checks.
This PR introduces a comprehensive learning system, including FastAPI backend endpoints for module management, session tracking, and MIC minting, alongside React components for a user-facing dashboard and interactive quizzes. The reward mechanism incorporates user accuracy, integrity scores, and a Global Integrity Index (GII) circuit breaker to ensure fair and robust MIC distribution.
