Introduces the JADE Pattern Oracle, a new AI assistant for Mobius Systems. This includes a new API endpoint, backend logic for interacting with LLMs (Anthropic/OpenAI), and a frontend holographic interface for the JADE Chamber. Adds the Jade Pattern Oracle with a new backend inference endpoint and a holographic, voice-enabled frontend chamber.
This PR transforms Jade from a simple chat interface into an immersive "room you walk into" experience, establishing her as Mobius Systems' Pattern Oracle and Reflection Guide with a dedicated API, 3D avatar, and voice interaction.
